Overall a good company
Overall a good company, have had a few occasions recently where "estimated" appears on bill even though I have a smart meter. When I really pushed for an answer they said they had some issues which they were dealing with. All resolved now, but it would be good if they advised customers there were technical issues. Other times I have had to contact them, I have had a great response.

Ordered dehumidifier after reading good reviews, arrived via DPD the next day. Full communication from both AO and DPD. First time used AO but won't hesitate in the future
Golden Anniversary cushion
Fantastic service, arrived day after ordering, even though 2nd class postage was paid. Cushion looks lovely and will be much appreciated when given as a present in June. Very happy to reorder from Funky Pigeon in future.
Calmer C
Was recommended Calmer C for 11 year old Son, had one query which was answered very quickly. Placed order and it was received extremely quickly. Tried product in water but Son didn't like so he now has in fruit tea - he still doesn't particularly like but it's better than in water!
Purchase of Sofa
Looked at this particular sofa in December but we didn't want before Christmas so waited until after. Sofa still available at the same price as before Christmas, very comfortable. Sol in Harlow was very helpful, we now just have to wait 8 weeks for delivery. Looking forward to it!
Evening primrose with starflower
Order arrived quickly, packaged well. Just started using this particular product, thought I'd try it after reading other reviews saying that primrose with starflower was better than primrose on its own
