Never, ever ORDER from Amazon.ES (spain)* take my word for it!

Can't even begin to describe how bad my experience was.. from broken packages to insanely unhelpful spanish customer service (likely from another country anyway) but I mean , wow, had to pay for tracked and insured return postage to spain (even though it was there fault sending me a completely wrong item).. nightmare to deal with.

If you see an item on amazon spain cheaper, trust me it's not worth the savings, your time and stress. To be fair I am thinking this is more of a spanish problem than an Amazon one, but why dont they offer return using the same amazon courier van and people used to deliver the package! I had to fill out customs documents and do 101 things to make sure i wouldnt get scammed either way

This site is literally unusable

This site is literally unusable. They deleted all my messages and with a user who I was just about to exchange contact details with, now I can't access them at all. Very unusual , but clearly a tactic like ebay did with gumtree, buy out their competitor, make the competitor so rubbish that no one uses it and hence their main product (match.com) get's all of the traffic. Clever , but not so nice try. They won't be getting any of my hard earned money.

very bad store

so many things wrong with this store, how are they still operating at a profit?

Shame..

Unfortunately this business is a bust. It was bumpy from the start, I haven't had one order that didn't have some kind of problem, be it stock, or delivery, or accuracy etc..

Not to mention the time delays.

I am not sure why they are bothering to have a website and such when they either don't deliver or don't stock those items.

It's the last time I will be purchasing from them.
So much for supporting small/local businesses.

Joke of a company

I have purchased with them in the past and then I stopped and now I recall why..

Slow delivery, rude, and unwilling to resolve a problem that falls under their duty as a retailer.

I won't be ordering from them again. Besides they are barely competitive re: price. And their range consists of mostly cheap Chinese made rubbish.

Terrible service all around.

Good products (sometimes) though now rarely, and they pretend to be of high quality like waitrose or Ocado, but actually most of their products are cheap , unhealthy and overpriced.

further to this their ONLINE shopping experience is a Joke. they have no systems to contact someone quickly or efficiently if and when an item is damaged/not as described/missing, etc.

And EVEN when you jump through their ridiculous contact hoops they only give you VOUCHERS back!!? which , in the cases I have exprienced personally. Is against the law. You have a right to a refund to your original payment method (if you requested that) if an item is broken / missing / or not as described. Scandalous.

In contrast Asda has a very efficient and quick refunds system and also their mimum order is only £25.00 (cheaper than all the others) and with the same costs as delivery as Sainsburys! sometimes even less. Further to that, sainsburys charges £7.00 delivery for orders under £40.00 That;s just silly. Morrisons have £40 min, but you get a lot for your money and also delivery is usually £1.00. Tesco are okay, sometimes. And Ocado are brilliant, although expensive .

Terrible service overall

Where do I begin, I suppose I will start by saying if I had more time I could write a novel about how bad they are, e.g. how my local superstore is incredibly incompetent on many levels, but I will mostly focus on Grocery shopping (Online)

So , aside from having an almost impossible-to-navigate contact system for communicating to the Grocery-(team) about damaged produce / expired products, and general problems etc , they often show up late and their pricing is rubbish. Add to this expensive delivery costs compared to other company's and delays in replying; You'd have to be mad to continue shopping with them. It's certainly the last time for me.

Lastly they do NOT show an accurate price, for example I have been charged £2.00 over what I actually authorised to pay and this is a regular occurrence and random * and has no relation to grocery bags or substitutions which I do not select* so essentially they steal from you*

Asda for example have a min order of almost half that of tesco with often £1 delivery slots, rarely exceeding £2.00 . Their range is good too.
Ocado has a unique range and offers now and again.
Sainsburys can be cheaper for higher quality foods
and morrisons overall I find is better than tesco for price, though I prefer travelling locally as it is close by.

I hope their monopoly soon ends and they stay in China so other grocers can replace them

Very Poor service overall..

So many issues with the company and the service/products ordered, so i'll be brief..

*products description not accurate
*product quality not accurate and not satisfactory on receipt.
*customer service refused to acknowledge the errors or correct problems
*items sent of poor quality and cheaper elsewhere
*delivery is v.expensive considering they use royal mail and not a courier
*delivery is slow

Ultimately I would not purchase from this company again. I did so as I was in a rush for the items. I do not consider them to be a professional company or one I can trust.

Not very good experience

I am pressed for time so I will be brief with bullet points

* Poor product quality
* Slow delivery times
* Faked empathy and interest in my problem with the products not being described
* No resolution of problem and ignoring me after the first message (if you assumed I am one of those customers who consistently nags) which I am not.

Amazingly I expressed strong interest in their company and products and queried several times about the possibility of ordering in bulk and thus would be a valuable customer. I also suspect their product ingredients are not accurate based off of my many years in the culinary industry.

In summary, since they have knowingly and rudely ignored my communication with them and chose not to respond to a problem that a customer of theirs has had with a product I can't recommend this company.

Fees too expensive and fixed sell and buy orders?!

when calculating sell fees the supposedly 0.00% fee is nonsense because they have their OWN rate! who does that!? not to mention the fees and rates charged when you buy. Furthermore, the storage fees are still expensive, but get this, I've been with them for years and they were multiples more expensive, they told me they only went down in fees to remain competitive. So if they had a monopoly they would extort customers is what they are saying, essentially.

Honestly, just stick to EFT's save your money, don't be a chump like me.

Oh, and the Goldmoney.com FIXED buy& sell orders .. Seriously? I would go as far as to say it's a Con. some times they takes DAYS to issue the order and once through obviously the prices could have changed considerably by then!

They say SPECIFICALLY in their latest terms that sell order are 10am for silver and 12pm for gold, for example, however after I place buy or sell orders, it appears to be RANDOM! i.e. the information box now shows the order being processed the next day! i.e. it should have been 10am but now its whenever they feel like it, some time the DAY after the 10am has passed (and yes, I placed the order the day before the 10am to begin with)

Either I'm an idiot, or their system and terms are ridiculous and skewed int drastically in the favor of Goldmoney

and of course they don't allocate physically in real time, they wait until you reach a certain amount and then do it, or hold virtually a spot with current allocated metal int heir volts so don't placate me.

they deceive with promises of 'high speed' and unlimited downloads etc..

instead, with my 130mb broadband speed, I get 1mb downloads and a daily download cap for quite an expensive fee !

seriously? that's fraud. they are lucky they are a russian based company.

I will be more careful in the future.. that said, they hosted specific files that I needed so otherwise I wouldn't have gone with them.

oh, and yeah they don't tell you that its a subscription, but you can change this setting so that it won't renew*

would have been funny if they did, a nice call to my bank and they would have had a nice day. Heck, I could still call my bank and say they didn't offer the service and get my money back, but not worth my time.

Quite simply, they should be investigated by the gambling commission for fraud and false advertisement *

the free bets I was offered were as clear as day and even a code being used for it. There was no doubt that I received the offer but then told that I didn't meet the requirements. Absolute nonsense, the offer was as clear as day, and having a backround in law and reading all of their terms, they clearly stated after new sign up any wager of this minimum amount on any sportsbook bet would give me the free bets in pounds.

So after being told "of course sir, your free bets will be available within 24 hours" and then eventually, that I didn't qualify for the free bets, I can say with certainty that they scammed me.

Good luck to Ladbrokes and other thieves like them when, inevitably legislation is enacted to make a level playing field, and god forbid they have to actually earn their profits and success and have good customer service. One can only hope all of the arrogant staff, executives etc become penniless like the punters they steal from, with no prospect of market share without being honest.

literal scam

new customer supposed to get 30 free bet after depositing 10 pounds. so then they don't allow me to place bets and then they don#t allow me to withdraw my money so essentially they have just stolen from me !

STAY AWAY .. wish I read the reviews first before loosing 1- pounds hard earned money. when I contacted them, after saying they would help me, they ended up closing my account completely.. I then just gave up, not worth 2 days of calling some premium phone line speaking to unhelpful customer service.

they should be investigated by the gambling commision.

apparantly this is a popular site (obviously it is at the top of google search links) however I can only surmise it is being used by government authorities to see anonymous emails, because it hasn't sent any to multiple test emails as well as the intended email addresses.

Furthermore, it has passed the scam-adviser test and appears 100% safe

but again, it doesn't send the emails so what the hell is going on?

terrible - I accidentally ordered from them (again) !

they CHANGED their company and website name from EXTREMEGB to OUTDOORGB (check their website and profile on trustpilot by typing in extremegb.com into the trustu pilot search box) and you can see for yourself how many NEGATIVES and the low score that they have.

I can only surmise that the high score for the new website is due to paid reviews.

Once again, delivery took ages. They literally only posted my item 8 days after and that was after prompting * and so with a miminum extra wait for 3 days for economy delivery (though likely longer) that's a total of 11 days for something that fits through the postbox..

I'm sorry but I've ordered items from China which have come sooner than that.

Not making the mistake of ordering with them again.

in the FUTURE I will be ordering from my standard out door retailer and that is AboveandBeyond.co.uk ** they used to offer free delivery but not any more, but it's not a bug deal as it's only £2.00 and they usually have discount codes.

In fact, after checking my item was cheaper. So overall I paid more and waiting 3x longer for my item then I needed to *.

Ridiculous.

all of the links on their site link to the same dodgy / cheap and scam sites out there for people wanting replica watches..

the comments seem fake and some of the sites linked set off my malware blocker numerous times.

Very Poor service, misleading quality, many faulty bulbs and issues

We bought several bulbs, in fact Hundreds of pounds worth of bulbs to fit our our home.

I would say approximately 25% failed so far. and some failing after 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, etc.. Obviously this is not good. Their replacement service is terrible. Requiring me to do get returns authorisation etc. they should just provide a pre-paid label or collect faulty bulbs if there are so many.

I believe they are cheap bulbs from china, which is very annoying since we paid a premium for these as we thought they were quality as an electrician told us the company was good.

So far the only good thing about the company was the next day delivery.

Overall, in 2015/16 I would not use this company Again .

Expensive bulbs, poor quality and service is mediocre at best.
