Do not trust …
Do not trust the websites promise of "in stock" items... when the displayed 3-4 days became two weeks!
I had to email them to ask why the item hadn't arrived, and only then did I discover that they didn't even have it in stock, and it would be a further 9-15 days.
I understand that mistakes happen, but they should be the ones contacting me to explain/apologise.

Awful, failed to deliver TWICE or offer any kind of decent apology
They failed to deliver my flip-flops to the right address on two occasions, offered a credit as an apology the first time, but when they failed the second time and I said I really didn't want to try again (and it was too late for my holiday!) they wouldn't give it back to me!

I have taken a look into your customer account. As your first order was not delivered by Yodel, we did refund your order of £14.39. To apologise for the inconvenience this had caused you, we did issue you a £30 gift voucher. You did place a new order with us using this gift voucher shortly after with UPS Standard which also was returned to us.
We refunded you the £9.98 that you had paid for this second order (this was including the shipping charges), so those funds should be back on the bank account that placed the order. I have noticed that the £30 gift voucher has not been reinstated in your customer account, so I have done that. This gift voucher is good for an entire year and valid on one new order should you wish to reorder from us again.

I am rather surprised that one of my colleagues would have said that we would not reinstate the gift voucher and/or refund you. If you do not wish to use the £30 gift voucher and prefer to shop elsewhere, this is completely up to you as we have refunded all of the money that you had originally paid. I had simply reinstated this gift voucher as a part of a normal procedure, as I had seen that it had been used but not reinstated.
