Great service, quick delivery
Great service on the phone when I was not sure which were the champagne glasses I wanted. Quick delivery and packed very well to avoid breakage.
Great service and product
I was impressed with the delivery process and that everything promised happened including receiving a three hour window the day before and a call hald an hour before arrival on the day. The guys delivering were friendly, took the desk up tow flights of stairs without a grumble and took away all the rubbish.
The desk is beautifully made and just as described.
Great service but I could do without the Haribos
My lenses arrive reliably every quarter and I have no complaints at all.
However I don't like receiving things that I have not asked for as it is wasteful. I don't eat Haribo's and I have no one to give them to so perhaps ask before adding them next time.
quick and efficient but did I need SO many emails for one little order
It was delivered as promised - in good condition and on time but between the order, confirmation, payment and delivery I estimate I received about 12 emails in 2 days and extra texts about delivery. It was maddening. I placed one order, I really didnt need that much reassurance.
