UPS are totally brain dead and employ rude drivers. After 1 st attempt of delivery I asked online to be rescheduled to the pick up point. Just in case delivery driver didn't get the memo I left signed they own calling card asking for parcel to be left with any neighbors. Told my neighbours all about it and as they are retired they were on lookout. Delivery driver ignored calling card and 2 of my neighbours that tried to reason with him, on the end he told to my neighbor to f... off. I did reschedule parcel again to the pick up point. This dimwitt arrived again in my place ignored completely that he was asked twice to deliver to pick up point and as it was final delivery attempt my parcel was automatically returned to the sender. They should be ashamed of them selves, but I guess they are too thick to see they are being completely useless and ridiculous. I make between 5 to 10 online orders during week, never had had a problem as big as this in the past many years now. Sometimes deliveries are late or instead of being left with my lovely neighbours I need to pick them up from afar, but that's about the trouble I've seen before came idiot UPS
