Impossible to cancel nor return!!! Do not buy from them
Emailed and sent message via website to cancel, no response. Then I received the order a week later. I have then been trying for the past week calling them to request return. Every time I wait for about 30 minutes to speak to someone. Then the agent always promised to send email confirmation of cancellation and said I will be contacted by courier - however this then never happens. I’m on the phone for the 4th time as I write this review, waiting for 20 minutes now. Clearly this is a scam and their trick to never let you return or cancel any order?
I am sorry that you still have not managed to arrange a collection with our carrier.
Could you provide me with an order number, please?
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Team MdM
Rather pathetic customer service
Rather pathetic customer service, the only person that will come to speak to you is the security guard - who had the sole intention to find out if you’re trying to steal something. The rest are just chatting amongst themselves. The customer service at “team know how” is even worse, very rude when I requested vat receipt and said “you’re not supposed to have purchased from the store!!!” What planet are these people on?!? Jesus Christ!
More than TWO MONTHS WAIT... let’s see if they actually deliver
I experienced the same issue with LONG DELAYS over delivery. Order placed on 14 May and after waiting SIX WEEKS, received another stock email saying the DELIVERY WEEK is now going to be 8 July instead of previous 1 July, with absolutely no explanation nor apology. This will make the lead time MINIMUM TWO MONTHS from order and that’s if they do not change the delivery week again! Nowhere on the website states such long lead time when I ordered the shed. This is despite myself calling on numerous occasions which non of the logistics team could answer the phone, the customer service on the phone had no clue either and simply said “you’ll be notified, just wait!”. Completely unacceptable service and opaque operations. A simple courtesy call would be the least they could have done... shame.
57 Virginia Road machine never works - possible scam
I’d like to file a complaint about a collect plus store in my neighborhood. The store is close to where I live however, almost never that they actually accept any parcel. Over the years I went with parcels and nearly 10 out of 10 occasions they say the machine doesn’t work. For example, I attempted to drop two packages two weeks ago they said the machine is not working. Today I went again I received the same “answer”. I suspect they only sign up collect plus to get the fees but do not want to actually provide any service.
Google reviews of the store also shows most people complaint about the collect plus issue. Perhaps you should investigate the store and better remove them from your list as it is causing a lot of inconvenience for people bringing their parcels for nothing.

Took Nearly 3 Months to Deliver, Owners Bully and Threaten Customer
They deserve zero star. The owners behave like thugs and bully customers. I did not receive my laundry back until nearly THREE MONTHS AFTER pickup. They demand customer to pay 3% surcharge if pay by debit or credit card. After realising this practice is illegal in UK and informing the company, the owner not only did not refund the surcharge but instead start withholding my laundry (of 3 locations worth more than £600 of linen and towels) with no reason, despite the fact that the invoice was paid a day after pickup. They ignored my countless emails and calls, and withheld my laundry for nearly THREE MONTHS. I had to contact the police, authorities as well as seeking legal advise. The owner also sent threat of retaliation after I left them review on google.
False Advertising, Product NOT as Described, Shockingly Poor Service
Purchased a perfume online as part of the Black Friday offer, selected free gift wrap and personalised card. Goodness, I then received an UNBOXED perfume and a personalised messaged printed on a piece of ADDRESS LABEL. Completely UNACCEPTABLE! The company then claims that the advert "stated" the item is "unboxed", luckily I had taken a screen shot of the website before making the purchase which shows a photo of the perfume NEXT TO ITS BOX, WIHOUT saying it's unboxed. Note the order confirmation email also does NOT say it's unboxed. Clearly the company made an error for the sale and is trying to get away with it. THIS IS A SHAMEFUL SCAM.
Dangerous light due to badly designed mounting system
Due to the badly design mounting system my blaze laserlight has fallen off the bike many times, including twice in a very busy central London rush hour commute. The cyclist behind nearly fell over and it was easily a life or death situation. Needless to say after the drop every time the mounting steel pole just gets more bent and the light itself more damaged. The light itself doesn’t even work now as the internal wire seems to be detached somehow so the light turns itself off as soon as I hit a gentle bump on the road.
Bear in mind this is a bike light costing £125 and it broke gradually over a year I would definitely recommend anyone NOT to purchase this light. Blaze customer service certainly did not help by refusing to offer a replacement and instead try to blame the user for not mounting the light properly... completely unacceptable.
Thank you for you taking the time to share your thoughts. We spoke back in November/December about your Laserlight and the issues you’d been having. Your initial email spoke about the light coming out of it’s bracket and we took a look to see what the issue was. When you sent photos through the steel post at the bottom of the Laserlight was bent which would be from improper mounting into the bracket or from damage to the Laserlight.
We offered to take a look at your light and we got it posted back to HQ and straightened out the post for you. We also made you aware of a rattle coming from the inside of the light which was from the battery coming loose. This would only happen from the Laserlight being dropped or damaged and is therefore not covered under our warranty.
The end of our conversation was an offer from Blaze to put your Laserlight into our repair/recycle scheme which we put in place for issues such as these. We take customer service very seriously and our original offer is still in place if you’d like to drop us an email and get things resolved.
Additionally as we mentioned when we reached out to you last week we would be very open to hearing your thoughts in more detail as to how we could improve our product for the future.
All the best,
Blaze
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
AVOID, order never arrived, emailed to cancel, received a reply to say it's cancelled but NEVER got the money back. NO ONE ever answers the phone, as it goes straight to voice mail. The bubble chair I ordered cost £722 and it's now money gone in drain. Another bogus company!!!
Listen to the others - AVOID
If you'd like dealing with incompetent and grumpy staff who has no idea what they are doing, not having the slightest intent of being helpful, giving arrogant answers and blaming you as customer instead of trying to suggest solutions, or simply ignoring emails and not replying, if you'd like your shipment being delayed with absolutely no warning nor estimate on arrival, if you'd like the feeling of anger and resentment of having chose to order from the company, if you'd like to be overcharged for simple and straight forward shipping, if you'd like to overspend for mediocre products, then I'd definitely recommend.
The only reason they are given one star is because there is no option of zero star.
Good stuff
Quick delivery and good quality.
Good products rude delivery staff
Overall good quality product and well packaged. Good customer service. The only downside was the rude delivery staff we encountered - rather surprised how rude and impatient they were both over then phone and after they arrived.
Ripped us off on petrol charges! 3x normal price!!!
Terrible experience with the car rental. Upon arrival we were asked to pay €55 for one third of a tank for fuel, then return the car with empty fuel. This was not stated when we booked online and we had no choice but to pay.
Three days later we found out when we went to a petrol station we could have half a tank of fuel for €15!!!
We tried to make a compliant when returning the car, however the staff was not only rude but also gave us no explanation but saying its company policy. I asked if its their company policy to rip customers off the only response was that I had to write an email to their head office!!
Thank you for your feedback, looking at your reservations I can confirm the following information regarding fuel is stated in your terms and conditions:
Rentals 4 + days, cars are rented with a half tank of fuel which client will be charged at pick up.
Cars should be returned as empty as possible. No refund for unused fuel.
Some of our suppliers do have different fuel charging policies, it may be that a supplier at first seems to charge a higher rate, yet only charges you at location for the fuel you use.
Please be aware that the fuel policies are stated online when a booking is made, you can also contact our reservation team who will advise you on the fuel.
Many Thanks
