The flight I wanted to book was available but i kept getting messages to try again for more than 12 hours, until it was no longer available. A similar flight became available on a different airline and after many hours trying I was able to book
Message took far too long to get a response and the phone number did not work.

If i could give minus star
If i could give minus star, I would. Its now a week since the driver came and was unable to deliver and took off. Since then I have sent 5 emails, done 5 tickets and so far not a word from the company. I have now instructed my bank to recover my money so that i can shop with a store that respect the customer. This is very shameful behavour and I have put a review on my Facebook page for all to see how aweful this experience has been One man was sent to deliver an American fridge freezer weighing 80 kilos.without any means to get it from the van into the house. he asked me for a trolly
"Health and Safety" would never have allowed this in first world countries.

The booking was Ok but I am not happy that a 23k suitcase was not included and I have to pay extra, after the ticket is issued.
The cost of the luggage should be UP FRONT and not decided after booking. I expect it will be very expensive which changes the cost of the trip dramatically. I freel as if I have been tricked.
You really should come "clean" at the time of booking

When it comes to the baggage, some airlines do not include the cost for this service in the ticket price. You can choose to add the baggage but you have to pay their fee. That is possible to do directly with the airline also or by contacting us to add checked in baggage.
We can also see that your booking is cancelled due to technical error and the full refund is processed.

very good but was unable to book a return trip. The problem was finding the van

I was unable to use the information because I hurt my knee and it restricted my movement.

When I arrive to hand over my car
When I arrive to hand over my car, it seems much longer than 10 minutes waiting and I worry I may miss my flight.
On the return, I waited 25 and 45 minutes on the last 2 trips and instead of my car being returned. I am taken to collect it.
Of course I am not happy as it expected my car to be returned from where it was handed over.
I pay and expect valet service.

There was no directions to get there and the name on the booking form was different to where I had to take my car,
Once there,it was simple and staff was quite helpful.
The return collection was a bit of a lottery as it was impossible to get a signal from the airport to contact them to be collected.
Perhaps they should just meet the flight as they have arrival times.
