The most appalling service
The most appalling service. I ordered 2 items - slippers in September. Only one pair was delivered. I managed to get a reply via customer services and was told another pair would be sent.
No one is answering my messages, though the website says we will usually respond in 24 hours. Tracking says Royal Mail were told the item was being despatched 14 working days ago. I could walk there faster! And no one has responded to the last 5 messages I have sent. Shocking!

Initial reply 1 week ago to apologise but still no parcel!!!! No reply to my email yesterday asking for an update! Still appalling!

Cosy fire
Ordered the Hampton and am delighted with it. I was dithering around as I was worried that it might look like a paraffin heater. But it doesn’t. Warm, stylish and cosy, and would totally recommend. Very happy with it and sales service has been excellent too.

Ordered my bottles of gin in order to obtain my perfect glasses! They arrived promptly, beautifully and safely packaged, and if that wasn't proof enough i am about to re-order some more!
