This was a really efficient, professional transaction. All done online; supply the measurements, choose the colours (huge choice), which side you want to operate the blind and that’s it. Even in these difficult times, delivery was swift and blinds well packed. They fit perfectly and are of quality materials (compared to our previous ones where the roller was cardboard). Highly recommended.

Because of the difficult prevailing conditions, the company confirmed that there would be a longer lead time than normal but I was kept informed and in the event they delivered pretty quickly. Great product at fair price

Just spent an hour at Hambrook Bristol fitting studio - very worthwhile experience; expert fitter using monitor (and much patience!) to establish ideal driver set up - highly recommended for golfers of all abilities. The worst outcome would be to ascertain that you’ve already got the perfect set up for you!

Normally go for 80/20 wool blend but retailer suggested this synthetic alternative and have to say looks good and certainly saved some money. Apparently hard wearing and very good for stain removal.

Admire their ethical stance but.....
Admire their ethical stance but left them to transfer to a company which had a specific tariff for electric vehicles. Despite my being substantially in credit and their being aware that I was leaving, they proceeded to take another direct debit, even though it was obvious there would be a large surplus. When pointing this out, they then informed me that it would take up to 6 weeks to process a refund following receipt of the final meter readings from my new supplier. In fairness, they processed the refund well within that period but then subsequently informed me that there was an additional £40 odd to pay as one of the final readings was based on an estimate?! I complained but they still went ahead and took the money and still have not responded to earlier emails. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service insofar as my dealings with this outfit are concerned.

Like many others on this review site, I was under the impression that I was booking direct with the hotel website and it was not later on in the transaction that it became clear that I was dealing with a third party. I was asked for payment details in advance of being advised of a final figure in excess of that indicated due to addition of “tax recovery charges and service fees”. I cancelled the booking within 3 minutes and have now been informed (in not very good English) that the reservation is non refundable. I am escalating a complaint with Customer Care and will not let this matter lie.

I have since heard back from Getaroom who, without too much drama, have agreed a full refund so they have done the decent thing

Over the weekend, I ordered what turned out to be the wrong machine for my purposes and realized shortly afterwards. Rang Freenet first thing Monday morning to see if I could change the order and the lady I spoke to could not have been more accommodating; changed the order and credited my card with the price difference. The appliance arrived on the Tuesday so most efficient service and a great price too! Highly recommended

Checked out this company on line - input tyre details and was given a load of options from budget to top named brands. As I don't stint on tyres, I went for Firestone having compared prices with local tyre fitters. Their quote includes everything - balancing, valves, disposal - they let you know when they're coming, turned up on time and demonstrated how they had tightened the wheel nuts. No interminable hanging around in grotty tyre depot waiting rooms- will use this company for all of our cars from now on.
