Short shelf life for price
Bought some sugru (3pack) to fix cables and learnt that it is single use so I waited to collect some things to maximise a packet. I hadn’t realised they have an expiry date so opened it today as I wanted to use it to fix my puppies’ harness but turns out it had all gone out of date and was all crumbly :( Even kept it in a cool dry place so didn’t expect it to go off. Frustrating as I didn’t even get a chance to use it, hence the one and I’m unlikely to purchase a whole other pack. Also reading that there are allergic reactions when used close to skin I’m unsure about investing again.

I'm very sorry to hear you didn't get the chance to use your Sugru! As you mention, Sugru has a shelf-life that's determined from the date it's manufactured. If you use it before the expiry date, the cured Sugru will last and last. You'll always find a use-by date on the back of each single-use foil pack as well as on the outer packaging.
If you like keeping things for a rainy day, though, you can store your Sugru in the fridge, and this will multiply the number of months left to use it for up to 3 times!
I do understand that it can be frustrating to find that your Sugru has expired. Could you please drop us an email to hello@sugru.com? We'll get some replacement Sugru out to you so you can get fixing again.
In regards to the skin sensitivity, our Original Formula contains a minuscule amount of potentially sensitising ingredients, so can cause an allergic reaction in a very small number of people with sensitive skin or after constant, prolonged contact. Which is why we launched our Family-safe | Skin-friendly Formula, which is safe for prolonged contact with skin, so it’s great for projects where Sugru would be in prolonged contact with skin (e.g. wristbands, headphones, eyeglasses, inside shoes, etc.).

Charges for debit card when admin fee shows 0
The website showed that i wouldn't get charged for using a Visa debit card. But it did! when i called customer services, they confirmed i shouldn't be charged and told me to write their customer services an email. I did, but then got told they wouldn't refund it and that they only do not charge for a MasterCard debit card. When i checked their website, they had changed it to reflect this. Very sneaky!! Have emailed/called numerous times and am now being ignored! I have complained to Trading Standards since Bravofly are refusing to deal with me directly.
