Well I guess the proof comes if I ever claim ( hope not to ). However the buying process and general feedback prompted me to go with ALA and their prices although not cheapest were favourable. 5 star so far.

What can I say about Stratstone BMW Chesterfield. One word springs to mind when referring to my dealings with Melissa and Beth “ outstanding “ . These guys stop at nothing to deliver a quality service on behalf of the Stratstone company . Always willing to answer questions resolve problems and not afraid to go the extra mile . I personally live 60 miles from this dealership with multiple BMW franchises closer , would always return here with my business 10/10 . Thanks guys

Back in Action were they ever out of action .
Short and to the point . I am a 42 year old male who suffers with back pain , I had tried a back friend previously and found they helped prevent sciatica , when quoted £175 at a local mobility shop I nearly fell over . I did the usual things and trawled the internet and one particular shop caught my eye Back in Action I requested a phone back for the next day to discuss delivery options . They duly phoned when asked to explained my options , took payment ( of £64 a saving of £111 not to be sniffed at ) the item arrived well packed within 22 hours ! wow ! When no receipt was apparent in the box , a quick call was met by a polite and helpful gentleman who looked it up instantly and emailed it immediately . Great product price and service . Five stars.
