The customer service team are always helpful, but the company itself is beyond useless. They have been nothing but a nightmare since I started dealing with them, them. Each time you contact them a very polite customer service member offers to help, then the next thing you know they have managed to do something else wrong. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

After dealing with a rather inept salesman Tom who promised us particular credit card machines, the same as we have - even after making numerous phone calls to check he could get them, we received something completely different that was nothing like we wanted. (The transaction rates are very good though it has to be said) I called customer support and while the girl wasn't able to fo anything about the terminal itself or the idiot that sold it to me- you can't fix stupid, she did manage to resolve the situation and was totally professional, while still being helpful and friendly. So well done Siobhan, the world needs more people like you, and without you Card Saver would have been getting 2 cancelled contracts in the post on Monday.

The best ever delivery drivers
These days customer service can be a little bit and miss.
So when you order something, it turns up the next day exactly when they said it would and even the delivery drivers are friendly and helpful it's pretty impressive stuff.
