2 of the last 3 deliveries not completed. for such a famous company they are shockingly poor.

Online chat - useless.
Emailed them.
Phoned them - the call centre sounded like a chimp's tea party was going on. Unsurprisingly, again useless.
Had to resort to closing account & disputing charge with my credit card company.
Frankly, I would rather go hungry.

a total rip-off of a company

a total rip-off of a company.
high pressure sales techniques.
a call centre with absolutely no knowledge of what they even do.
then try extracting yourself from paying them forever.
a "complaints" department which is itself highly aggressive and worthy of a complant.

Please avoid a very expensive mistake.

4. On-line will also deliver the wrong goods.
5. I would advise selling their shares after the world cup - boosted results have been posted. A company this inept is only heading one way.
