Scammers given a free run
Firstly I have used G2A a lot and for the most part they are reliable, and a cheap platform for digital goods. For that, a star is fair (even if it is the minimum.
The reason I can't give more than 1 star is the freedom the scammers are given. I made the huge mistake of purchasing a year Bitdefender security key from a seller. After 2 months the key stopped working and the seller used stalling tactics and promised it would be fixed.
Two months later the seller seems to have disappeared (probably assumed a new name), and G2A customer service, although friendly, are totally inept. They refuse to even touch scammer sellers, claiming they are merely a platform. The scammers operate freely. It's disgusting.
I can't even change my rating of the seller to negative because I previously changed it to neutral from negative, telling the seller I would change it to positive once the problem is solved. More fool me. I asked G2A to change it to negative and they can't even do that!!!
AVOID BUYING ANYTHING THAT OFFERS SUBSCRIPTIONS (SUCH AS ANTI-VIRUS). There is absolutely no guarantee that the seller will keep their promise that it is legitimate.
Past owner in RECEIVERSHIP
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Booked via purple parking for I love Meet and Greet at Stansted. Purple Parking NEVER paid I love Meet and Greet meaning we had to pay twice (luckily first was booked on credit card)
Apparently the website is under a new owner. Great! What about all those who lost their money previously?
Hassle free, great service
I hired a car from Cork and dropped it Dublin, and was impressed with the hassle-free experience. I spent 15 euros to upgrade from a Nissan Pulsar to a Mazda 3 2.2 diesel fastback and the car was a delight, making the fabulous drives across places like Connemara even more enjoyable!
Always reliable
I've been shopping with ebuyer for years and they have never let me down. Prices are nearly always cheaper than the competition too, and the range is fantastic.
