I bought an Ibanez rgew521fm-ntf-rg-exotic-wood on Friday of last week. There was a problem with the delivery that would have meant me getting my guitar 3 days late.
The head office team at PMT pulled out all the stops and managed to get another shop to package my guitar, collected by courier and delivered first thing Saturday morning. The instrument arrived in mint condition and setup like a dream. PMT, if I could give you more STARS than 5 then I would.
