The car was excellent and the staff professional, we were almost on our way quite quickly but had to return after noticing damage to the front nearside wheel trim, this and any other damage should have been pointed out beforehand by a member of staff in a "walk around " inspection and not just mentioned on the booking paper work.

I can't understand why we have to pay postage when you spend 30-50£ its rediculas to have to buy something over £65.
