Complete rubbish

Complete rubbish. Don’t bother. Website doesn’t work and you’ll just be told your tickets were sent in error and then have to go through agro of trying to get PayPal or bank to refund your money.

Money taken but nothing sent.

Ordered online and charged. Didn’t receive anything so got in contact to find they’d taken my money but hadn’t processed my order at all. So either a scam or just incompetent/unreliable. Either way. Avoid.

I am very sorry for this, I can see that one way or another your order was processed but never left our warehouse. As I am sure you can understand, we had an extreme level of orders at this time, with order volumes raising by up to 1000% all of last week. We processed over 1000 orders a day and regrettabky yours was 1 of very few that were missed by the warehouse team and I am very sorry for this.

I can assure you that our normal level of service is extremely good and reliable, and I hope that one day you will give us a chance to demonstrate this to you.

non existent products on website.

When placing order online the items aren’t necessarily in stock. The subsequent communication is awful and you end up having no idea what will and will not be delivered. No other major retailer sells things online that they don’t have in stock. Exactly what you’d expect from sportsdirect I guess.

Poor customer service and aweful airline.

Poor customer service. Change flight schedule with no option to change or refund ticket. Despite paying extra to go with a thomas cook due to the favourable flight times, two weeks later they changed the schedule with no apology and no option to change or refund the ticket. This was not a flight I booked a year in advance in which case you can imagine schedules may need to change nearer time, this was less than 2 months before I was going to fly.

Great glasses and amazing prices.

Great glasses. Great price. Fast dispatch. Only reason not 5stars is the use of DPS to deliver who are useless. But Sunglasses Shop were great throughout with great price and can feel sure getting genuine product.

Poor customer service, ripped off

Be careful when ordering online. When I applied a discount code Victorian Plumbing sent me by email it removed all of the "sale" offers from the basket, thus equating to the same price. When I emailed their customer service it took days to reply and they basically said tough luck and if you're not happy send back all the items at your expense and re-order. Items themselves took 2 weeks to arrive, but I still wasn't allowed to cancel the order before they were sent.

Awful customer service.

Having booked a return flight from London to Canada, you can imagine the shock when I received an automated email from flight network stating they'd cancelled my flights 40hrs before I was due to fly back to the UK. Flight Network Customer service refused to explain or help and it was only due to several phone calls at international call rates over my last 24 hours of my hol and AirCanada helping that I managed to get home. Avoid these jokers if you can. Also watch out for them advertising flights as AirCanada when it's actually AirCanada Rouge (cheap, old planes, limited in flight services).

Awful customer service, unreliable service. Avoid!!!!

Within 5 days of having broadband installed it stopped working. Customer service were unhelpful and basically lied to get me off the phone. Technician never turned up. Then after taking a third day off work, virgin customer service again lied saying they would reimburse for inconvenience and lack of service. These people clearly aren't to be trusted and it seems while the broadband is fast when it works it's too unreliable to use.

Unhelpful and rude customer service, faulty website. ***Avoid****

having requested to pick up some coats from collect + a fault in superdry's website meant they were sent to an address hundreds of miles from where I live. Instead of arranging to have these picked up, they said there is no problem with their website and basically told me where to go. I am therefore having to go through my credit card company to retrieve the money. Avoid using these people, just go in store.

terrible!! avoid at all cost

WARNING!! Do not use this site under any circumstance if booking outside of USA. The price they quote is a scam and exchange rates are a lie. You will be charged in US dollars and face a hefty fee from your bank for paying in a foreign currency as well as the exchange rate being completely different to the one you are quoted. The customer service is rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all cost (literally)!
