Furniture is OK but your delivery after sales service leaves a lot to be desired
Nice Product Poor After Sales
Whilst the quality of the products warrant a higher star rating, I am afraid the after sales/delivery service should be less. I bought three large pieces of furniture, that were in large cartons and were just left.
No offer of unpacking, no removal of all the packing and even umbrage, that I have the audacity to ask the driver to remove his shoes, before entering my lounge, that had just had a new carpet laid.
The other interesting point is that in the case of damage, they will only collect if the packaging is intact. If you saw the amount of tape and polystyrene they use. this is impossible, without destroying virtually everything.
Be warned, particularly if you are like me in their seventies having to struggle with large heavy boxes.
Awful- do not deal with this company
After three days and no delivery of my online order, I phoned to enquire what was happening. I was told because one item was out of stock no delivery would be made until available again.
The worst of it was no notification was sent and I had to phone their premium line to chase my order. Notwithstanding, I had painters booked!
The most awful company I have had the displeasure to deal with. Never again!
