I have bought from Richer Sounds quite a few times in recent years - TVs, AV Receivers etc. Each time they have advised me of options and explained the difference between them.
I rang this week to seek a TV, explained where it where going and what I wanted. we shortlisted to four models, and I ordered straight away. I would like to have gone to Newcastle Store, as I like supporting local shops, and the staff there are great, but was short of time and ordered online. The experience was still very good.
