Thank you the AFC155 Ibanez Jazz guitar is great! Ordered on line, even though it wasn’t in stock I received within 1 week of order. Web site and assistance very professional. Tracked UPS to my door, double boxed very well packed. Guitar is brand new and very striking to look at. Seems to be set up good, no buzzing anywhere on fretboard, action is ok. Guitar sounds really nice. Good price was better than all U.K. shops. I also find Thomann to be highly professional. I get the impression their staff have pride in their work and try to provide the best service and quality of product they can. I will use them again for sure. You can Trust Thomann !
Fender Jazzmaster 60s Green Lacquer Superb service
I asked them to get from Fender before they were discontinued. They kept me informed throughout. Eventually it came was very pleased except there was a bad earth buzzing issue they collected it got it repaired and promptly returned to me keeping me informed throughout. It’s now excellent. The guitar as per others I ordered from Dawson’s looked brand new and was packed very well. I was particularly impressed with their telephone contact. Not only were they professional and efficient but they treated me the customer with a degree of importance. I think Dawsons and Thomann are the best shops at the moment. PMT and Coda and Peach ain’t far behind. I won’t mention the not so good ones LOL
Ibanez RG550 guitar is fantastic thanks
Received the Ibanez RG550 yellow guitar double boxed well packed. the Guitar is really excellent. Set up is perfect. Plays, looks and feels amazing. I’m blown away tbh I found the online assistance from Matt very helpful in helping me to get a really good guitar. I would definitely use PMT again.
Ordered £55 pedal 2 weeks ago. When will I get refunded
Ordered £55 pedal 2 weeks ago. Didn’t arrive on delivery day. In fact tracing suggested it hasn’t even been despatched. Phoned they said it looks odd and call back but they never did then said will start an investigation. Rang about 7 times , conflicting responses on phone. Fed up told them to cancel . I want my money back now! Got a credit note emailed to me last week . But I still haven’t got my money back. When will I get my money back?. Used bax many times before and it was all ok not sure why service here is so terrible. Has something happened I certainly didn’t find the telephone support helpful or even sincere

good for accessories
Pleased with fender cables and patch leads and picks and have always been pleased buying accessories from Richtone. I leave 3 stars as I also wanted to buy a guitar online that was not in stock and enquired about their returns policy. Was told that they would only accept a return if the guitar was faulty because it has to be ordered in just for me. This is legally incorrect . Do the research it’s easy to find the definitive facts on this. Lost confidence to buy from them . I would use them again for accessories only , wouldn’t buy a guitar at distance unless I could visit shop but I am too far away unfortunately

Returned two guitars
Bought an Ibanez metal guitar, wasn’t happy didn’t look new enough for me also had a chip on one of the horns, they exchanged for a more expensive Ibanez metal guitar, wasn’t happy wood split bottom of headstock, on a lesser note scuff at mid rear of body. Refund requested and nearly complete. Went elsewhere due to loss of confidence. I Would not use them again. But I give them 3 stars because I love their YouTube channel and I could get through to a customer service person when I phoned and mainly because I am getting a full refund.

Honestly I don’t know where to start . I’ve had many many problems and issues. Wasted a lot of my time and got very frustrated. Had terrible experience dealing with them on the phone they are all over the place. They don’t seem to know much about what’s going on. The staff at the actual high street branch are good and competent but the apps and the security people and the telephone banking very very poor. I could write a story which you wouldn’t believe if I made it up. Closed account thank god never again

Do some research apply common sense then buy it from Panamoz. Got canon 80d and kit lense. Arrived within 4 days. Tracked all the way. Saved over £400. Dream camera now affordable. Will use again for certain. English manual, English plug , packed well. Brand new top quality boxed item. Too good to be true.? It is true

But - if you can put up with the crap above and have money to spend and envy the commercial success of the gym and like to sit in pretty surroundings waving pretentiously to everyone around you who is after your money for every little extra. Then join its still quite good equipment wise but not value for money at all.
You may think I'm just another disgruntled customer but it's mainly because they are part of what is wrong with the fitness industry today. When you think of the negative aspects of the fitness industry today this gym is up there with sixpackshortcuts YouTube channel and bull### supplements that don't work.
My advice is if you are faced with a choice don't give this money machine your money. Join a proper gym instead. I am so so pleased to leave , honestly you won't believe.

I have had lots of pianos before and am very impressed with this new clp 545. I was impressed with the clp 535 too . Best improvements for me are bosendorfer voicing, escapement very noticeable action improvement, the 300+ lessons are great and having the sheet music on iPad . The electronic module simple , effective! impressive in use. Very impressed with UK pianos , also impressed with Yamaha clp range. Didn't realise how good the clavinova clp,s have got.
