I bought a watch which I thought was superb but after a month it started to be erratic in its time keeping, it was returned to watchfinder no problem and then it went back for the work to be done at TAG and it was going to take 3 months which was just not acceptable.Watchfinder offered to exchange that watch for another which I accepted and now I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent service, sample ordered, paid for and received now waiting for decorator to advise on quantities to order, then it will be job done without leaving home, could not be easier. We spoke to the paperer sorted out quantities, placed our order (we experienced a minor hicough which was sorted without issue) and paper was delivered by courier as expected. Spot on service exceeding my expectations in all areas.

Mid morning I let LiGo know that my headphones had broken and sent an email with photograhs, the following day we received an email from their courier to say new ones were being delivered later in the day. Once I realised Ligo's response I called to express my thanks but failed as it was late on in the day, I called the following morning and spoke to a young lady and explained that you had exceeded my expectations in both the extent and speed of your response.
