Unable to unsubscribe…
After starting a long and boring survey I tried to unsubscribe from MOBROG. I understand that a simple 'unsubscribe' function is required by law n Australia. There isn't one on MOBROG, nor is there any way to contact the company. To me, one way communication is sufficient reason to unsubscribe.
if you wish to unsubscribe, please login with your user name and password and click "Cancel Membership." Your data will be completely deleted from our system. Alternatively, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking on the link that is at the end of each survey invitation.

Gave up in frustration
I tried several times to register without success. No matter what you do you have to go through multiple attempts at annoying, blurry Captchas ' to prove you're not a robot'. The irony is that for assistance you can only communicate with a robot who sends do not reply emails. I gave up.

The Captcha codes are used on websites nowadays as a security measure to avoid registrations made by spambots. Sometimes, the captcha code might not load correctly if you are using a browser extension that could interfere with the way websites are displayed. We suggest restarting the browser, then deactivating any add-ons and resuming the registration process. If this doesn't help, please try from a different browser and/or device (our recommendation is to use either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome).
In regard to the automatic reply you mentioned, you will receive this notification after submitting a ticket to confirm that your case has been successfully sent and soon you'll receive a reply from our Support Team. Poor communication and refund management
I ordered a microphone and Kogan took my money immediately. 10 days later they emailed to say it isn't available - although it's still advertised on their site. Although they took my money immediately they'll take up to 7 days to refund me.
