Bankrupt this Airline
Along with probably thousands of others I am still waiting for refunds from April/May. Why don't we all get together, instruct a barrister and file for Ryanair to be bankrupted. I know we could loose our flight money but they deserve to go under. The worst company I have dealt ever. A total disgrace to Ireland and the Irish. I feel sorry for the staff working for this band of thieves.
Ryanair. Probably the worst customer service ever
In all Ryanair have cancelled 4 flights between March and July. Initially I offered to take vouchers to protect their cash flow but then the vouchers did not appear and I found myself paying for new flights. I then asked for refunds for the 4 flights. Despite 34 emails from Ryanair saying the matters are being dealt with I am still waiting for 2 refunds. I would like a lawyer to take up all these similar cases against Ryanair and sue them for not complying with the Aviation Law regarding refunds, our time wasted on chasing the process, and for some people the inability to book alternative flights whilst waiting for the refund. Personally, I would forego my refunds if it meant Mr O'Leary could be forced into bankruptcy but appreciate many others could not afford to loose their money. Somehow the airline should be forced to sort out their problems. Easyjet refunded me for a cancelled flight in two weeks. Ryanair have now virtually lost me as a regular cusrtomer as I have taken the step to park a car near Bristol Airport and drive home rather than fly into Birmingham. Obviously I am not flying Ryanair from Bristol and now have 7 flights booked in 2020 with Easyjet.

This company is not worth using…
This company is not worth using especially if you do not speak Portuguese. Customer service is non existent. Their internet connection is below 5 Mbps most of the time. Even using the complaints book is ignored

Meo will promise you the earth in terms…
Meo will promise you the earth in terms of broadband download speed but the delivery is totally different. We are currently getting less than 6mbs download which means our TV package will not work. Advise all users in a similar situation to visit your local Meo shop and ask for the complaints book. This ends up at the Government so perhaps if enough of us complain something might get done but don't hold your breath.

Probably the worst energy company I…
Probably the worst energy company I have dealt with in 70 years on this planet. They just do not care about their customers. Their IT systems are pathetic. 6 weeks to get an account print out. Avoid like the plague.
A disgrace to the travel industry.
We used Expedia for flights/transfers and hotel on a trip to Iceland . The transfers were a total disaster from start to finish. After complaining regarding our experience and Expedia admitting the had got it wrong we were offered a £50 voucher for future bookings. This has not materialised. I would never trust this company again.
Inkjet Print Cartridges
Do not under any circumstance purchase HP Inkjet Print cartridges from this company. At the current exchange rate they are charging £48 for a product available elsewhere for between £10 and £13. Shop around online and even with delivery save a fortune.
A Disgrace
My wife has arrived at the Birmingham International Office to collect a booked car. She has flown in from abroad and has not used her credit card since November 2017. Although she has £5000 available the bank has told her there is a fault on the card. Green Motion will not accept a debit card, my credit card on the phone, the only response is "I suppose you will have to get a train" We are regular customers of Green Motion and have used them at 4 UK airports so they will have all our details and credit card details but will not help. So now a 67 year old lady is left to find a train to complete her journey. Thanks Green Motion!!

A disgrace to British Customer Service
I recently purchased a furniture cover (New) on Ebay and the supplier used Ebay Global Shipping. Delivery was due in Portugal but the partner company in Iberia is SEUR. They do not even recognise Portuguese postcodes and despite 30 messages to them without one response the item was returned. Their phones do not connect or are not answered. The address we use as do other Villas in our area are found by all other delivery companies. They had 3 telephone numbers to contact me but didn't. An utter disgrace that a renowned English company can operate in this way.

I misread the insurance part of the website. I have annual Excess insurance but because it automatically goes onto £4 per day I was charged for something I did not really require.

Probably the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They have a subsidiary in Iberia called SEUR. They do not deliver, they do not recognize Portuguese postcodes, you cannot contact them by phone or email. In short a total waste of space. If you want something to Iberia from the UK do not use dpd as the chances are you will spend days at home waiting for it and it will never arrive.
Great service and car choice.
We have used this company for a number of years at different locations. Fast, efficient service with good cars in every category. The price is always competitive and if pick up from the airport is required it is never a problem.

First time to book trains in Europe. Easy, efficient and very quick. Would recommend.
Brilliant Service
I have regularly used Parcel2go for deliveries to the Algarve in Portugal and unlike Royal Mail the deliveries have all arrived within 3/4 working days which is far better than advertised. Highly recommended.
