Average. Waiting to hear wether I will receive paperwork on a watch I traded. Unfortunately I returned the watch I had selected due to a condition issue. My watch was returned without the all important service paperwork. I feel returns are discouraged even though there policy is that it is no quibble.

Poor service
I purchased an integra curtain rack unfortunately it was not the model pictured on the website. Customer service agreed with me but said it was my mistake in their opinion and would not refund me!

I have looked into this order to see how we can improve the service in future. You ordered an Integra Face Fix track at 310cm, I have looked over the notes and can see that you required the top fix version of the track.
Looking at the notes on our system I can see that you had stated you had bought this product based off the image. Although I can appreciate that the image on the top fix version does show the face fix image, we do advise these are reference images for products and they can vary. I can see that you were advised that we would not arrange a free of charge collection as the product does clearly state on the website that it is the face fix version in the product title and description.
