Already written - EXTREMELY MEDIOCRE company giving false deadlines. So basically wouldn't waste my time with them again. Pathetically, refuse to answer phone or provide name of Managing Director which really shows a complete lack of transparency/respect for the customer.
We answer to every customer that is not pleased with the service or attention received anywhere they write us as we did with you by email and now here, always trying to give the most accurated explanation or solution to solve and improve their shopping experience in our webstore. In your case, due to constant disrespectful and unjustified messages, we prefer to stop doing it.

Purchased various items in good faith
Purchased various items in good faith. The website clearly said maximum 10-15 working days. Two days after placing the order, I get an email stating 15-23 working days. Very difficult to believe such logistical issues were not known in advance, hence fear I've fallen victim of false advertising.
No telephone number offered to contact them following the email informing me (never a good sign...) and quite frankly I'd like a full refund and I'll shop elsewhere.
We are sorry that the delivery term from Roca was higher than expected. As my partner told you, we always offer the option to cancel the order without any penalties if the delivery can not be completed in our customer's needs. Following your requests, we have already cancelled and refunded your order.

Lamentablamente debo darlos una estrella. Son ineptos, vagos, maleducados y sin verguenzas. Mienten que intentaron enviar (mentira porque seguridad toman las paquetes aca), ni tienen codigo correcto por las entregas y un tal Carmen en Malaga - incapaz de pedir disculpas/dar una respuesta coherente. Que pesimo para tener que trabajar por capullos que mienten y son tan INeficiente. FUCK YOU SEUR.
Very positive experience
Really good - just bought on behalf of my mother for some Xmas presents for her grandchildren. Very clear site and actually from my personal experience in the past, I was very impressed with the service. As I recall I called up and the lady was extremely helpful, friendly and looking to get me the right solution - rather rare in this day and age where most people/companies just look for the quick sale. Really decent company.
