Brilliant product range, fast delivery
To be honest I was a bit hesitant ordering from this company as I couldn't find any reviews online. That's why I'm writing this review now.
The price is the best I've found anywhere, online or from builders merchants. The quality is good and the delivery was fast. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Stopped working
Stopped working, multiple systems now useless.
Come on Swann. App has stopped working. It's nothing my end. Multiple systems I have previously installed and the app isn't working for any of them. Are your servers down?
Installed your systems for clients in the past, will be installing a different brand from now on. Had this problem in the past with swann Veiw link. Swann veiw link also not working but home safe veiw is.
Anyone else having this problem?

Repeat customer never had a problem and the customer service is great too, take what the euro tool below says with a large spoon full of salt, I had a product complaint some time ago and it was resolved to my satisfaction by Gaston.
Always seem to get a little extra thrown in with your order, stickers, bags etc.

Ordered many times from this company and I have never had a problem, goods always turn up on time. Some of the best prices online and they use a competent courier (DPD) unlike many other online sales companies.

Incompetent company with a difficult awkward returns process, avoid....
I ordered a pair of tweezers as one of the small gifts for my partners birthday, the box arrived I opened it up an the box the tweezers were supposed to be in was empty!
I rang customer services the girl was helpful apologised and said that a replacement would be sent out asap, it was.
A couple of days later the replacement arrived, her birthday had been and gone by this point. My partner joked “they have probably sent the wrong pair this time” close guess.
Now my partner already has a pair of Rubis tweezers and they are a quality product as you would expect for £25+ tweezers.
The replacement pair looked either fake, heavily used or a seconds pair.
The magnifying glass attached to the tweezers is scratched and has small chips all the way around it.
The arm for the magnifying glass has a notch cut out (very roughly I could have machined this better myself in the dark with an angle grinder) that the tweezers are supposed to sit in, they are miss aligned and don't sit in the notch.
The metal frame at end of the magnifying glass is severely scratched it looks like it has had a chunk roughly filed off it.
So, I emailed customer services via the website stating the problems I have had with my first (and defiantly last) order with them. Described the above situation, hard to do with just the 700 characters they allow you to explain your query/complaint with.
Stated I wish to return the order for a refund as is my right within 14 days, received a response back the next day asking me to send in pictures so they could asses the best course of action …. HELLO!!!
No I just want an RMA number to send this sham product back please.
Now I understand from retailers perspective it probably does look suspicious, a customer states they they revived an incomplete/empty order, you send out a replacement and then the customer after receiving the replacement asks to return for a refund. However due to this company's sheer incompetence that's where I find myself.
I can assure you that I do not need to hustle lookfantastic.com out of 20 odd pounds worth of merchandise.
So yes I have taken pictures that I will upload to them via their awkward web messaging service, I am also sending the picture to Rubis as my partner is sure these tweezers are fake due to the very poor workmanship and quality of them.
Trustpilot should let you leave zero stars as this would be more fitting.
If you want to save yourself a headache avoid this company.

Brilliant every time
Only courier company I've never had any issues with, and I receive frequent deliverys. Always within the quoted delivery window hour.
You can even track the driver and where he is on his round in relation to your parcel so you know exactly when they will be with you.
I've had countless problems with UPS, DX, DPD Local, Interlink express to name but a few, they should take a leaf out of DPD's book.

Can't be faulted
Can't be faulted, used contactlenses.Co.uk for many years and I've never had a problem. Always super fast delivery. Try the cheap crystal one day, best and cheapest dailys I've ever used.
Horrendous website . . .
The delivery was on time, unfortunately their website is absolutely appalling. Try yourself rescheduling delivery, what a nightmare. They really need to simplify the process, DPD have got it right, enter tracking number click leave with neigbour etc.
With UPS after having to set up an account I managed to get to navigate to collect from depot option, told me I could collet from today, thought brilliant I'll get it tomorrow (Saturday) after confirming it now says I cant collect until Monday. F that, navigate to re arrange delivery for Monday then (which is when they would have made second delivery attempt) nope cant do that without talking to someone from UPS. I've just wasted half an hour p!ssing about on your website setting up an account and verifying myself, if you thing I'm spending another half an hour on the phone forget it. Fast on time delivery, but you better be in to accept it or you will be seriously miffed off with trying to rearrange anything, sort the process out, far to complicated and time consuming just to receive a parcel.

Super fast shipping
Super fast shipping, ordered from this store twice, only complaint is they don't take PayPal, add an option with the buyer covering PayPal fee! Some stores do that and a good proportion of people will pay it.
