Terrible customer service
Please save yourself a lot of hassle and don’t order from lingerie outlet! All the stuff I ordered arrived clearly worn with marks on and badly re packaged. When I returned it all they said this wouldn’t refund me and sent it all back! Absolutely shocking customer service too.

We inspect all of our items before dispatching them to our customers and also upon receipt from returns. If an item does not not comply to our returns policy, we cannot issue a refund for this.
I can see via prior communication the item was not in a sellable condition and this was why it was not refunded.

I emailed watch finder for a quote on upgrading my Cartier. Richard replied within the hour and gave me a very fair price for my old and also new one so we agreed the sale. He couldn't have been any more helpful and assured me the new one was in great condition. My friend was in London and agreed to take my old one in and take away the new one, I was dubious about sending someone else in with my watch and £700 cash but he said the service he received in the shop was second to none. When I got my watch of him days later I was delighted and emailed Richard personally to thank him. Fantastic company! Would highly recommend! Thank you
