The service was excellent, as is the value.
This laptop despite being grade 'B' was almost pristine just an extremely small and barely visible indentation on the casing.

Everything works well and it has more capability than the one year old Dell Inspiron which cost two and a half times as much and was booked into PC World two weeks ago.
That Laptop is yet to be returned despite their extended warranty which costs a lot, promises much but does very little, in fact more harm than good.
Frankly this Laptop (DELL Latitude) is far in advance of my expectations.
I had to buy another laptop when PC World let me down completely and I must have connectivity all the times.
I will recommend RefreshedByUs to everyone I know !!!
Why Buy Inferior New when RBU's products, prices and service are so good.

Though one set of tyres that had been ordered for my car became lost in the manufacturers delivery system Just Tyres pulled out all the stops to get a replacement set delivered 24 hours later and because they could not lay hands again on the brand of tyres I had selected they provided and fitted more expensive tyres at no extra cost to me.
I am a regular customer and my four cars which include a vintage Rolls Royce and two American beasties which might be considered oddities, but when it comes to getting the right size and profile Just Tyres have always been able to obtain exactly what I want, have never overcharged or indicated that I was presenting them with any problem. Very Good Service and Very Helpful People at Head Office.

The Tyre Fitter that I selected from their approved Fitting Partner listing and to whom the tyres were dispatched no longer existed.

They Pneus-online claimed that as the product had been dispatched from the Belgian Warehouse they were unable to change the delivery point or recall the items..

They (Pnues) then gave me the consignment number and told me to contact DPD who is the carrier but they ( DPD ) said it was the responsibility of Pneus to contact them and without Pneus re-directing the tyres nothing could be done.

I copied all the participants in this fiasco into every mailing that had been exchanged..

Then Pneus have the temerity to ask me to review them.

Pushing up the Daises.

Because of my great age I pay all my insurances by monthly direct debit and most of these are facilitated by Premium Credit.

Working on the basis that if I die mid-term I won't need the insurance and if it lapses I will be pushing up the daises before either the threatening letters start arriving or my Credit Rating is effected and frankly by then I won't be caring even slightly.

Premium Credit is a very easy company to work with and though I have never had to process a claim with any of my insurance companies I have confidence that their procedures and protocols are all well honed and would work just as well in that event as they do with their monthly collections of my cash.

I am coming back to LV after two years away mostly because my current insurer had hiked the price and LV came in at lower than the existing insurers costing..

The policy fits my needs exactly.
The cost was lower than the average across the industry but covered all I need and a little more.

Quality

Personable and polite 'Katie' without pressure gave me sound advice and access to what seems to be a very good product.

First impressions are what they should be just first impressions but impressive for all that.

After suffering a puncture and a tyre examination we replaced two tyres on a large people carrier,.
The service was quick and efficient and the prices were competitive.
On examination of my tyres another ( other than the one punctured ) was found to be cracking due to age and though having a depth of tread within legal limits it was also quite worn.
We decided therefore to replace that too
The Branch did not have in stock the cheapest tyres on their listings that were suitable for my vehicle but offered to get them for the following day. Because of the immediate need we bought a pair of more expensive but in stock tyres and were very happy with the advice, the cost and the service.
