Had too cancel my trip due too medical grounds. Spoke to hotel and airline and both said refund was not an issue but I have too go through lastminute.com
Well over a month later an no refund and no response after calling them it’s the same useless call centre in India not willing to do anything. Avoid this company because if you have an issue they will not sort this out.

Refund was repaid. This took 5 weeks.
Booked hotel with them for 3 nights…
Booked hotel with them for 3 nights including breakfast. Went to breakfast at hotel and was told no breakfast unless you pay £37.50 for 2 adults and a child. Rang ebookers to be told nothing they could do.
Bad service
No next day delivery, no response to email, no response buy phone. 3 days later no items. Avoid
