Unacceptable Experience, Unreasonable and Rude Conduct.
Exactly as described by Trustpilot: 1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. I bought the game, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, they gave me the key and it did not work. I got a notice on Steam that the purchase could not be played in my country, Puerto Rico, which obviously in the description said that it could. After many messages, they called me a liar saying that I was in Florida, the United States, when I've never been there, and anyway, the region of Puerto Rico has always been the same as in the United States, every videogame I've bought in other websites, including Green Man Gaming, is the region of United States, is that even in my Steam account is United States. A real bad service, they did not help me at all, they stole my money and left me with a key that I could never use. I will never use that service again and I will not recommend it to anyone. Oh!, and then they put on top of their own website. SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE
