No refund for crashing unusable game.

No refund for crashing unusable game.
Steam will not refund money for games that constantly crash and are unusable. If you purchased more than 14 days ago, even when it does not work they will not refund. Or if your total game play time comes to 2 hours they won't refund. They do not care if that is made up over weeks, with every log in ending in the game crashing after less than an hour.

This is a con, kids ask their parents to sign up to this for them and then the faulty games don't work and they refuse to refund the money. This seems to be a bit of a scam to rip kids off as far as I can see!
In any other circumstance a company has to refund for faulty goods- why not here?

Bad service, stay away from this.

Poor communication from store

Bought showroom item, delivered as agreed but missing power cable for recliner. I was told it would be delivered in about a week.
2 weeks later no word from the store and no cable. I called to chase it up but was told the wrong one was delivered to store so they are ordering another- from China - which would take about 4-6 weeks to get to me!
If I had not chased it up I can only assume that they would not have bothered to contact me and tell me that, maybe they only ordered it after I chased it up.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear your new suite arrived without the adaptor and you were not updated regarding this. I have looked into this further and advise that the adaptor needed is different from the ones we hold in stock, which has meant the in-store team have to order from the manufactures directly. This can cause a delay. Please accept my sincere apologises for the disappointment caused.

Poor delivery, late, driver asked for help to carry bed and for a tip!

The order was not delivered on the agreed date, the redelivery was late, not turning up until late evening.
The driver was alone and had to carry a heavy adjustable bed on his own from the back of a crammed van, so he asked the pensioner it was being delivered to for help to carry it from the van!
He then put the pensioner on the spot by asking him for a tip!

I feel that they are unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend using their service. I will not use them again.

Very very poor customer service

The company appears to be happy to sacrifice service for profit, their website has issues which mean you cannt manage bookings and it refers you to call through. They then charge about 13p a minute and the queues are in excess of 40 minutes many times when I have tried.

I have used them for many years but I would not use them again, the service is now so poor and this is a common experience judging by their online reviews.
A small saving is really not worth the frustartion and charges you will experience with this company. Book elsewhere if it seems a bit more expensive because you will pay that with hidden extras and telephone calls with On the Beach!
