Hermes is a good courier
Hermes is a regular deliverer and collector of my parcels. They seem a popular choice by those I order goods from. My courier is local to me and hard working and helpful. I don't worry if they are the carrier. I get updates.
Absolutely fabulous product
I have recently ordered medium quality Van Gogh Sunflowers wall mural. From start to finish the experience has been straight forward and customer service great. Their website is easy to navigate and use. You measure up, they quote with a picture of how your choice will appear on your wall. You pay, they send paper in a tube with good instructions. They allow 1-2% extra to your messurements to allow for trimming. It is printed on a continuous roll and numbered and you put up left to right following instructions. Job done! I got a professional to put up mine and they were impressed with the quality of the medium quality paper and had no problems. They took the design to a Dulux paint matching machine to match up the adjoining wall i wanted painting in a new dining room. The outcome is absolutely stunning! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company and the product.

I highly recommend this company. I live Scarborough, England. I ordered on a Monday and goods arrived on Thursday via DPD. The coving I bought is excellent and is well wrapped against damage in transit. Website is easy to navigate and offers French and English languages. The only thing I didn't get was the updates from DPD about what time slot my goods would arrive in. Apart from that I can't fault the service or the quality of the goods I bought.
Spot on quality and service
I ordered a two seater cream leather sofa. It was out of stock but I was given a date if it being back in stock after which I would receive an update re delivery. Sure enough, I subsequently got an update that it was in stock and a call to arrange a delivery date and time. On the day, I got a text to give me a delivery slot. Van arrived within that slot. Driver plus one. Sofa came in two boxes and it came in through a normal front door. The seat/arms in one box and back in another. They slot together. Men unboxed goods, set up the sofa and cleared away packing in about ten minutes! They were polite and efficient. Sofa looks great and is really comfortable. The seat cushions are firm and the back gives support in all the right places. I have never bought a sofa on line before and relied on the dimensions which were accurate. We are very happy with the goods and the customer care before and during delivery. I feel confident based on that that if we have a problem later it will be dealt with promptly (not that I am anticipating one!) Overall, five stars.
I got a grip!
I ordered a hand rail with yellow grip strip. It arrived speedily and well packaged. I was kept notified of delivery changes. It is great kit and we are very pleased with it. Can recommend.

I can thoroughly recommend Stannah. From the first contact, visit, measurement, fitting it was a first class service. We purchased a perching chair lift as my husband's disability and the narrowness of our staircase precluded buying a standard chair lift. It's easy to use, safe and can be sent remotely out of the way or called back remotely and the foot rest can be automatically be moved if you have problems bending or if you want it tucked up when not in use. Everyone kept their appointments and two man team delivered, fitted and cleaned up in about an hour and a half. A grab rail was also fitted. In fact all aspects of your personal circumstances were discussed and addressed. It gives us full and easy access to the upstairs of our home during the day. What a change it has made, especially to my husband. He can now say, "I'll get it" instead of relying on others so much due to the difficulty he had climbing the stairs. It's not so much about giving up and giving in as opening up the opportunity to access your home where it was difficult before. If you are able to have one, and cost depends on a lot of variables, then I can recommend this company. There is no "hard sell" and you can shop round so don't be afraid to make the enquiry.
Bon Marche looks after their customers
The jacket I saw in my local shop was not available in my size. I bought it direct from their website and it arrived as advised, well packaged. I have used them before and they have a simple to follow returns policy, either by post or in store.They deal with queries promptly. Sizes are usually a good fit. I have no qualms about buying from them.
