I ordered here solely because they advertised free 2 day delivery if spending £200.
The item I wanted was actually a little more expensive here but I was willing to spend it to gain the quicker delivery.
I spent the £200 to get this delivery free. I was given the option to chose my delivery date. All went through. I even receieved an email to say delivery date would be honoured.
Then UPS (shock horror) split my order in two, and delayed the delivery 3 times, one time not showing up at all despite having to take the days off work to receive the delivery. In the end after spending over 30 mins on hold to UPS only to be cut off, I've now been told delivery is postponed again to over a week late. Not worth the hassle.
I don't really expect more from UPS. They are useless. I contacted customer service and they didn't seem to care too much. Just going to cancel the order and spend the money somewhere else.

I ordered my 3 year old the new Frozen dress for her Frozen themed 4th Birthday Party.
I receive an email from Hermes on the day of expected delivery to say there would be a slight delay up to 48 hours.
a week and half since then no sign of the order. Tried to contact hermes. It doesn't exist. There is not one single way to speak to anyone. Multiple numbers to call, all lead to the same automated message. Contacted Disney direct. They wouldn't replace the order and told me they have contacted the courier and I would need to wait 48 hours for a response from the couriers before they would be able to do anything.
So their answer to my question "Where is my parcel, it's two weeks late?" was "wait 48 hours"
So reluctantly, I waited 48 hours. Contacted again because Disney didn't come back to me. Turns out Hermes still hadn't replied. Disney still refusing to send out replacement. Told to wait another 24 hours and if they still didn't reply they would have to escalate the investigation to the complaints team who could take up to 5 days to respond.
Whilst I can appreciate that things do go wrong with deliveries, I would expect at the very least for Disney to replace the order immediately given that they can clearly see from the tracking system that the couriers have kept the parcel.
Now three weeks on and four days to go to my daughter's party, there is absolutely no way it will be delivered in time, I haven't been sent a replacement, I haven't received a refund, I am simply stuck here waiting for Hermes to respond. Explained the situation regarding my daughter's brithday to Disney, I even offered to pay express shipping if they could simply resend the order, and they simply did not care at all.
They can't even get hold of Hermes to find out what's going on and refusing point blank to replace order until they get hold of them. A company built on the hopes and dreams of children, quick enough to crush them.
I have had to raise two official complaints, one against Disney and one against Hermes.
Absolutely appalling.

Terribe service. Only order a standard 200x100 sign. Waited a few days after advised delivery had been missed before contacting customer services to ask where the order was. I received around five e-mails the same week all stating different order status'. One confirmed it had already been dispatched, another said it was being replaced, another to say it would be dispatched in another week. Complete mess. They promised I would be refunded the delivery cost for the inconvenience. This didn't happen.
After three separate times of promising dispatch and delivery and failing, I asked to cancel order. This was ignored and they sent the order out anyway. Finally received the order, over three weeks later. Nothing wrong with it, but definitely not worth the wait or hassle. Product is fine, but terrible service. First and last time using this company and would definitely not recommend.

Didn't work for me.
Unfortunately, the product simply did not work on my BMW 118i msport shadow edition . Fitted to my car in line with the instructions provided. Very simple installation. Nothing changed. As per instructions, I drove forty miles before increasing the setting. As soon as I increased the setting my engine management light came on. Still no difference, even on setting seven, which is the maximum. Contacted TDI with photos showing the box fitted correctly. They sent out another box after returning the first. This one was exactly the same. Made no difference and when increased, the engine management light came on. I've read many five star reviews on this product and so it seems that it works well on other vehicles, however as this product simply didn't work for my car, and so I had to give it a one star review. Just a side note, customer service were very good, and apologetic.
