Excellent service throughout. I received the initial valuation on my watch (there was no attempt to talk it down once they had received it) and the dispatch of me new watch was quick and efficient. This is the second time I have bought from Watchfinder and will do so again.

Excellent communication throughout, providing advice before I placed my order and then delivering and installing as promised. Had an issue with where the safe was to be installed as there was a slight obstruction to the door opening but the installer went over and above and did a little handy work to make it fit.

I enquired about a watch online and received a response within a couple of hours. I was part exchanging an old watch of mine and received a fair quote - not only that, but the quote was actually what I receved in the end (there was no trying to talk it down once they had received my watch). I picked up my new watch from the City of London branch a few days later and am very happy with it.
