I had a great experience talking with the Customer Service person when my laptop was not working properly. He guided me through the diagnostic, and that determined what the problem was. He worked with me on the fix for the problem, so that my time without the use of my laptop was very minimal. This was a very easy, efficient process.
Very pleased
This was my first order with them. I had a question about my order and they responded quickly. Very pleased with the whole order process and quality of their products. Will order through them again.
I wish I could give a higher star…
I wish I could give a higher star rating, because I so love the Nicefeel Water Flosser. However, I ordered a set of 4 replacement tips on January 11, 2021, and never received them. I started emailing the company on January 24, 2021, inquiring as to when my order would be shipped. I received 2 separate auto-replies that stated: "Hello, I am currently on vacation and cannot reply to your email in person. I will get back to you as soon as possible after the holiday." I then went to the Web site and found an alternative email address, hoping to get an answer to my question about my order. Two days later, I received an email notifying me that my order has been refunded. A few minutes after receiving the refund email, I received another email from Customer Support: "hi we found in the page and see you order was refund please check in your message"
This is unfortunate, as I need new water flosser tips and am unsure where I will be able to purchase them, since the Nicefeel company doesn't appear to be able to help me out.
Leather gloves are perfect
I ordered leather gloves and wasn't sure about my size. But using the site's measuring guide, the size I chose fit perfectly. The price is phenomenal for the quality of these leather gloves. They arrived quickly after ordering and were in perfect condition.

We had used Medicare Solutions/Health Plan One previously, so were trusting they would be helpful this time around as well. We contacted them as we received notice from Medicare that our Humana Part D coverage was going to more than double for 2020. The representative who initially contacted us provided a good choice for replacing our Supplemental and Part D insurance, with one Advantage HMO policy. The only thing that disturbed us was that this representative had set our appointment for the application by phone, and never called. So I called his direct number, and another representative answered. She said he was not available and she wasn't sure when he would be back to work. This was a bit disturbing. But we did get the application finished and the new representative was pleasant and helpful.
User of My Points since 2010
I have been a member of and using My Points since 2010, and I really appreciate all the benefits I have accrued with this site. It's easy to use, basically automatic. The site seems secure, as in these past years I have never had a security problem. If on a site to purchase something, a pop up reminds one to sign in to reap the My Points rewards along with ones purchase. I pretty much use all my rewards points for gift cards, for myself!!! My treat for being frugal!!
My only negative comment would be that not everyone uses social media. So when My Points makes bonus offers by going onto Facebook, those of us who do not feel a need to use social media, are left out of the opportunity to earn those bonus points.

I have only purchased gift cards from this site, and have not sold any yet. This is a great idea, and the process is very trustworthy. My only complaint is that when I receive an email alert that one of my "favorites" is available for purchase, 99% of the time there are no cards available. Even if I access the site immediately upon receipt of the email. So a lot of the time it's a hit-or-miss in getting cards that I want.
I have only purchased gift cards
I have only purchased gift cards; I have not sold any on this site. When I am able to buy a gift card (i.e. one is available), it is worth the purchase, as a discount is a discount! However, after I receive an email alert that one of my favorite cards is available, 90% of the time the "card is sold out." And many times I am on my computer and click on the email immediately upon receiving it. This is a bit frustrating...why send out an email alert if nothing is available?

I love getting even a small discount on the cards I buy. My only complaint is that I have indicated my "favorites", and when they become available, I receive an email notifying me of this. I have often responded to the email immediately, and the cards are gone already...hmmm...a bit frustrating.
When you can get the cards, the discount is worth it
The discounts are usually pretty good for the cards I am interested in. I have indicated cards that I want to receive notifications on when available, but I find that the majority of the times these cards are sold out, even after immediately receiving the email notice that some are available. This is my only complaint about this service.
Great resource
I had been intending to check out this site for some time now, and finally did. I'm sorry I didn't look into them sooner! This is a good, reliable source for discounted gift cards. I feel the site is secure, and the cards are mailed quickly.
