Still not resolution

I order 2 pair of glasses 120£ (60£ each), one was perfect but the other one has very poor finishing so I returned, already 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word from them. Not even a text nothing.
I really hope they are going to solve this properly rather than just give me my money back I need glasses and that's why I went there in the first place.
