I really don’t know where to start with this review. I can’t recommend Brian and his service enough. I knew straight away from seeing the website this was the place.
My beautiful and faithful cat of 12 years Charlie was sadly knocked down on Friday evening, Saturday I spent in a mad panic worrying and getting more and more upset of the thought of burying him. I started to search the internet and was drawn to Brian’s website so called and he got us in this morning (Sunday) 8am. As soon as we pulled up I just knew this was the perfect place for my Charlie, and that he would be taken care of and have the respect he deserved. Brian told us about his business how it started his thoughts on everything, straight away me and my husband were at ease. Everything about the service was professional but what I really liked was Brian made us laugh, it was a sad time but i didn’t want to sit there and cry and I didn’t. We all laughed talked about Charlie spoke about Brian’s dogs. I could go on and on about how amazing our experience was and if needed I would 100% use Brian again and would highly recommend.
Brian thank you thank you thank you. You made such a sad sad time so lovely and special for us. Charlie is now back home in his beautiful urn on our window sill where he loved to be. 💙
Brilliant service
