Terrible moderation
Sales are terrible
Storefront has no curation and is mostly garbage that's is miss listed as games
No protection for sellers.

G2A shield = a license to steal
Anyone who pays for shield disputes every purchase and win instantly.
If you fight it you will be left out of the chat for months until they once again resolve in favor of the buyer
Anytime I'm in direct communication I can resolve an issue, when shield stands in the way the issue is not resolved and the seller loses. The buyer gets a free game without issue.
G2A will not even reimburse fees. Unlike eBay and other competitors. So something that was stolen from you that cost 35$ now cost you 41$ from their added fees.
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. Please note that we have a dedicated team which serves only the Sellers and allows you to any help and solve any issues you may encounter with selling on the Marketplace 24/7! All you need to do is contact them via a dedicated e-mail address or go to a dedicated Chat for Sellers.
Surely your problem will be solved fast and efficiently!

Terrible quality, terrible service
When we did complain, they called us both during the work day, obviously I don't want to talk to you over the phone. Don't call us, idiots.
Keeps forgetting my preferred store and Location
Keeps forgetting my preferred store and thinks I'm on the other side of the country. Store is hard to navigate. Search fields don't always work, selection of products is limited.
Generally good support
Generally good support, however whenever I make multiple purchases in a day their automatic fraud detection system usually blocks my purchases. It can be a real pain, in the 100 transactions I have used them I have spent nearly 10 hours trouble shooting.
The resolution center has a long wait period, and I'm yet to know if I will win. I hope it all works out in the end and is resolved soon. I have had quite a few discrepancies with stores who've used PayPal, they seem to act like it's a wall that protects them from offering fair return and refund policies.
PayPal's fees are high if you use them often. They lack options to change payment method on a per checkout basis, or even setting a preferred method. [It sets my Paypal wallet then my bank card as the default payment method, even though I want to use my Master Card for my 1% cash back and extra layer of security, the only reason i have my bank card attached is for account verification to ease purchase limits.
Great prices, great support
I have both bot and sold on Ebay. I have had a few issues with Asian suppliers sending fake tracking numbers, not delivering or delivering late. But the customer support has always been great on Ebay, I usually get a refund within 2 weeks of the maximum expected shipping date. As for selling there has been no complaints and everyone has been fair and forgiving giving generally positive reviews. I found Ebay always scary at first but I have found it's very safe and easy to use. My only issue has been when receiving refunds from Ebay, they send it in the suppliers preferred currency rather than the original price/currency paid, so when receiving refunds I usually lose money on the exchange.
Sold region Locked keys, didn't specify in the listing
I was a long time customer and rarely had issue. Many keys are weird DRM, but I accept them. They have fast support response, however poor it may be. What I can't accept is there's no refunds for any reason. They're not a licensed re-seller. Their prices are average - high [use to be the best but they've gone completely downhill].They recently sold me region locked keys, they didn't specify in the listing [the description of the product] and they had no purchase limit. I purchased 4 at once, so now I'm stuck with these keys. They've given me a bunch of excuses. But I have no use for these keys. I don't have any friends in my country, if they allow you to purchase multiple keys at a time they should be obligated to tell you the region of the keys prior to purchase. It took 1 week for the customer support to finally tell me where the keys were locked to exactly. It was a really abnormal set of countries that they clearly received a discount for distributing to. This has cost me over $80.
For comparison I gave them 3-4 stars [on Resllerratings] on 03/22/2015[order number 66f3a1882062] so they've really gone down hill on all levels I would never buy there again, unless of course they change their mind and issue the damn refund and start specifying.
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry you're not satisfied with your purchase on our store. I've looked up your correspondence with our support team and I can confirm that the correct keys were issued for your region. We have provided all the information at our disposal regarding these keys in your support ticket, which confirms that your keys will activate in your region.

Daniele
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, keys have expiry dates and purchase limits.
Keys were delayed by nearly a week
Keys were delayed by nearly a week, I was very disappointing, the value had depreciated within this time frame as it was a time sensitive sale being a G2A seller. It was also disappointed that there's a purchase limit and they will only ship to certain addresses.
