Easy to fit, fit was good, white striped roman blind, one had a very slight flaw in the fabric - doesn't show when folded up but a bit annoying.

Lovely blinds, good quality well made; shame the ends of the slates were note coloured the same as the actual blind - ordered black wooden blinds but the ends were just bare wood

Great service, easy to book, lovely men who turned up, just got on with the job and did it without fuss and extremely well. Were neat and tidy and a delight to have in the office.
Would certainly use this service again - especially for Central London offices its a great service.

Good once you're in the system
Once in the system, great support but registering a claim and going through the steps to actually see a consultant is painful - had to keep ringing back as Vitality and their 3rd party contractors Alliance never rang back within the 2 hours they said they would ... I got a quicker appointment through the NHS even though I chose to go through Vitality in the end.

David (Luton branch) couldn't be more helpful and stayed after closing time to try to accommodate our needs to get exactly the right sofa collection for us
