This is a shockingly dishonest company
This is a shockingly dishonest company. Absolutely to contact customer service at all no matter how bad corona virus is affecting you holiday. I have been trying to cancel my booking these few weeks but could never speak to anybody. This is the worst company I have ever experienced.
horrible experience
When I was in the shop in the morning last Tuesday, the sales lady gave me exactly the same price for two beds. I confirmed with her again and again and was confirmed that would be price that I should pay. When i took my wife there in the afternoon, the sales woman confirmed with my wife and I again for the same price. But when we sat down to order, the sales woman told us, "the computer says no." No proper apology given. Basically she said, the double bed and the small double always had the same price, but this time for some reason she didn't know, the small double was not on the offer. we still had to pay the original price, which was substantially dearer than the price of the double bed of the same kind. When I asked whether she could check with somebody else at the headquarter of the company. She said no. Her attitude was horrendous, extremely bad, not helpful at all.
The following morning, I rang the customer service and made a complaint. I waited for more than half an hour, but no answer. So I left a message and requested a callback. When I did get a phone call from a woman, she was not helpful at all, very impatient. She put me on hold for a couple of times and tried to speak to the shop. But she said she couldn't get anybody. She got my phone number and promised to ring me back the next day.
I was driving when the customer service person phoned me. I politely explained to her that it wasn't convenient for me to talk and ask her to call me back in about five minutes when i parked my vehicle and she accepted. But several days passed, the customer service woman simply disappeared.
Very bad experience with this horrible company. Please avoid if you can.
