I bought a house with these heaters…
I bought a house with these heaters fitted (relatively new). 2 developed faults and as I am an electrician I set out to mend them.
I found they look great from outside but when you take them apart they are very simply constructed and I feel are way over priced.
Spares are ridiculously expensive, the company is evasive with any technical assistance and are very difficult to deal with ( unlike many other companies I deal with in the course of my work).
If you buy them from new and pay the exorbitant price for them then maybe you will get service, but if like me you inherited them, then you are on your own mate and they will not assist at all.
As a result I have decided to fit dimplex smart storage heaters instead of these over priced, over rated heaters.
Dimplex are cheaper to buy ,cheaper to run and dimplex are a better company to deal with...

I bought my haibike xduro a year or so ago, I bought it from Alltricks by mail order, it came exactly as planned and I am very pleased with it.
The problem with buying from the continent by mail order, is service. Well Alltricks have really been good, any issue I have they have sorted it.
I recommend them, and know they don't just take your money and then you are on your own!
