Love the concept of this company and…

Love the concept of this company and support everything they stand for. The cleaning sprays are really good, however the laundry capsules I found don’t wash your clothes properly, even using two capsules and your clothes aren’t left with a nice smell. Also the laundry detergent they recommend using 4 pumps but this does nothing. Even with 10 pumps your clothes aren’t left soft and smelling nice. Really disappointed. Would definitely continue to use smol if they develop better products that smash others out the park.

It could be that your washing machine is in need of a good clean. Did you know that manufacturers recommend we clean our washing machine every 4-6 weeks? 🚿
Damp, warm machines are brilliant breeding grounds for mold and mildew. ☠️ They build in as little as 24 hours once our machine is idle and cause that damp, fusty smell that can linger in the machine and on our clothes. 😳
Luckily it's super simple to remedy and wow 😯 once done your machine will be spick and span. 😃
- Add 2 cups of white spirit vinegar to the drum or dispenser drawer
- Run an empty wash on the hottest cycle
- Run an extra rinse if you feel it's needed (not necessary though)
Your machine will be clean and fresh and the vinegar also keeps on top of any limescale build-up.
Our fragrance is ethically sourced essential oils - it’s not a strong smell like some of the other artificial fragrances used in other products but many compare it to a light fresh summer scent. This could be why your other detergent smells better as it is potentially masking the bad smell. We hope this helps 💚🌿

Still not received my order

Still not received my order, no replies to emails... no number to call. Wish I read these reviews before purchasing!

Not worth the money

I have the neom diffuser which I love, but for £100 it really doesn't hold enough water to last long, it needs better features. You can buy one on amazon for £20 that does the same thing. Forever filling it up and switching it back on. Also I received a few of their candles for Christmas. They burn SO quickly! Already have burned through one since Christmas day and Ive lit it three times. Really disappointed as it feels like such a luxury self care brand, but it's really not worth the over priced products.

Shocking service

Shocking service. I traded my fully working iPhone in to this company when receiving my new handset. First of all they only send you a flimsy yellow envelope to send your old phone back in, so I put it in a padded jiffy big before sending it off so it didn't get damaged in the post. It was delivered and signed for on 2nd December and I chased and chased for my money for them to turn around and tell me the phone is faulty and they will not be paying me the full amout quoted but will pay £30. They told me the screen has a black blob on it and the camera is faulty. Plus my phone is unlocked and not locked to 02. All of this is incorrect and my phone was fully working up until I sent it off. Stupidly I didn't take photos for proof it was fully working. I keep emailing and I'm on the phone to them every day but they don't answer. Usually on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up because I just don't get anywhere and I'm lost with what to do. They keep emailing me giving me a time line to accept the new quote but they are clearly not reading my emails disputing this. My phone was not I this condition when sending it off. They have damaged it, not me.. And now I'm going to get pennies for it. Currently on hold again unable to get through as I write this review. It really is shocking service but unfortunately I dont think Im going to get anyway with them.

Still waiting for my order

Still waiting for my order - like previous reviewers ive tried to call several times within their opening hours 10am - 3pm (which is also odd customer service hours) but their is an automated message to say they are not open and to call back. They also arent responding to emails. this was a christmas present and i feel i am cutting it fine now so i will have to think of another present. I also dont expect my refund back any time soon - you literally can't get hold of anyone....

Trusted deliveries so far, and returns are in good time. It is come and go with the product. Sometime I can get good quality clothes from here and others it’s quite poor. Other than that it’s a good cheap company!

Skin is worse than before I used the product!

Makes your skin very smooth BUT my skin has never been so bad in my life. I suffer from mild acne around my chin area. At first I thought I was just purging as ALOT of big under the skin spots came to the surface but after three weeks of using it my spots are still SO bad. I asked an advisor if this is normal and she just copied and pasted the response from their FAQ page which didn’t help at all. I’m not sure whether to continue to use it or leave it.

Awful customer service & not professional

Every order I think has not gone to plan, either the delivery was not on time, if it was they picked the wrong items, If it was correct the material is very tacky and the clothes look nothing like they do on the website. Customer service is not professional at all, it's like they are just using a 14 year old on twitter to answer your queries. Visited their store in Stratford city and felt very uncomfortable. All the staff were young girls with attitudes and didn't make you feel welcome at all. Purchased two iPhone 7 cases in store, they didn't have barcodes on so the girl went to find ones that did. It's not until I got home I found out she swapped them for iPhone 6 cases. Emailed missguided and I can't return them via post, I have to travel 4 hours back to the store to get a refund for £16. Don't want to help you at all. Seriously fed up with this company!
