Absolutely Awful Service
Absolutely Awful service, flowers were sent to the wrong county, then turned up four days later having had no day light / water! In that time you can only imagine how they looked on arrival.
(So much for next day delivery)
Because they arrived / delivered Prestige keep the money (when most flowers are a supprise who would think of checking the quality on arival?)
They most certainly would have been refused if this was the case.
To add insult to injury they are now refusing a refund! although the flowers were obviously not fit for pursose, this is most definitely NOT 100% Guaranteed Satifaction! Avoid

Customer service kept treating me as a fool & fobbing me off! I left my no. but no one would call to sort it out & of course you cant call them..!
The so called smooth 'switch' didn't go so smoothly & I was left in arrears on my old bank account as one DD did not transfer, ultimately ended up costing me money! Shame as it was all looking so good

Ordered & paid for my items but it took me to contact the 'tools' & fix to see what had happened to my order. They then told me nothing was in stock & would take a further two weeks..! Absolutely awful service they should never had taken my money & is was ag to get back...DONT BOTHER...RUBISH

Had another great experience at the shop trying out some new jeans (Resurgence)
The staff couldn't have been more helpful tried the jeans on and off the bike then was cut and tailored in house for a custom fit and delivered at no extra cost
