My order was sent quickly but unfortunately it was the wrong one - I reordered and returned the first order at the same time as received the second.
Both had arrived in good condition and I paid the 35 euros to return the wrong one. As of today 13th October I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the first item which was returned on the 11th September.
My emails to Habitium were responded to promptly and politely.
I would recommend them and would use them again.

Ordered 2 blinds but had to be different woods as they ran out of Premier Oak.The replacement though cheaper was not as nice.
Found pulley system very difficult to see which way to pull to release the locking mechanism? Instructions on this would have been helpful.
Very pleased with the look of the blinds.
