Do not order online from watch finder!

Let me start by saying I have previously ordered three watches from watch finder before and have always been very happy with my purchases.

The watch I have just received was a different experience altogether

With numerous issues,

1. The watch I received arrived too small with no spare links in the box, after contacting them I was told they had adjusted it and forgot to put the link in, the did send out a new link

2. The biggest issue I had was, the box and paperwork I received were not for the watch, a blank guarantee card, manual and box for a different watch, if I had bought it from eBay I would most likely have accepted things like this but when paying a premium to buy from a good 2nd hand dealer this is not what I expected

3. Since contacting them I have now been messed around with no real foresight as to weather they are going to do anything or even care, I have been asked to send photos and waited 3 days now to get some kind of reply.

I ordered online which is probably my downfall

If I had been in the shop I would not have bought it, and I urge other potential buyers to do the same.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend buying from watch finder, especially online

I put my trust in watch finder as was made a mockery of so far.

Review of Blinds 2go

Please read before ordering

I ordered my blinds on the 26 september, and as of today (28 nov) they still haven't arrived and according to the email I have just received it wont be untill the week commencing the 8 december,

Of which I obviously dont beleive as so far I have been told I would receive them on the 3rd of November, then the 30th november now 8 Dec,

I have spoken to somebody at the company and was told they would look at compensation but only after they are delivered?!

She also stated she would personally deal with this order and contact me to let me know what is happening and guess what? ... I have never heard from her since ( over 4 weeks! )

My experience so far has been absolutely dismal

Disgusting company

Whatever you do, DO NOT give glossybox your money,
They are thieves, they are shady, they do not care about their customers,

Last year I bought this as a present which like a fool I payed for upfront as this is apparently cheaper, 3 boxes never arrived, there customer service is disgusting
On top of that they then took payment for another year after I told them I will not renew and guess what.... They refuse to cancel and refund my money!

I have had to cancel further payments via my Bank to try and stop them

I get BT sport for free and I have no idea why anybody would pay for it? I can't get the app on PlayStation, I can't get it on my Xbox, I can't get it on my smart TV, why would any one pay for it?

Excellent service

Received a parcel from DPD, I was kept up to date through out the whole process via txt and email which was fantastic I even got an hour slot for delivery, so much better than royal mail

Royal Mail is rubbish

Royal Mail is rubbish, the tracking is not on par with only other parcel company’s, special delivery delivered late as it was sent to the ‘wrong delivery depot’ which was actually closer to my house than my actual delivery depot! Sender is reimbursed by the buyer who actually paid for special delivery and needed the parcel ASAP doesn’t get any compensation? Not even close to the level of customer support from DPD

Don't waste your money

I had home and contents insurance, but they refused to cover a sony PlayStation pro, they said it comes under the same rules as a handheld device! Which is madness as its a static gaming console, in their words 'if it's able to be moved its not covered' which pretty much means everything in the house.

I used to use trust pilot alot before visiting somewhere UNTILL I reviewed a bad experience I have at watch finder, and my review was removed! I have no idea why it has been removed and I wasn't given any notification that my review would be removed.
Also eBay is selling trust pilot reviews so i can't really TRUST trustpilot

eBay is full of counterfeit items

eBay is full of counterfeit items, that eBay blatantly ignore, I bought three items this month at almost full retail and all were fakes, I hen had to go out of my way to prove they are fake which meant traveling over 30 miles to get proof, and then I was told to return the item with tracking! Which is illegal (it is illegal to post counterfeit goods) and had to wait over a month to get any kind of refund, eBay is profiting from this so they don't care! Absolutely disgusted

I purchased a suunto watch strap to …

I purchased a suunto watch strap to replace my old worn one with the new suunto version
It arrived but with out a fixing screw on one of the straps so I am unable to attach it to the watch case
The standard screws do not fit the new version strap so I can't use them either.

I contact outdoors GB and they fobbed me off with an email address for suunto.

Which I think is disgusting,
I bought the strap from outdoors GB, they supplied it,
not suunto, so why they think it's not their problem is beyond me.

I will not be using outdoors GB again I urge others to stay away as clearly they don't want to sort out any issues with your purchase once they have your money.

I have been able this morning to look further into this with the member of staff with which you have been in correspondence with and this was a genuine error on his behalf.
