I ordered and paid last May 20
I ordered and paid last May 20, 2017. I received an email with Order #......It's written in the site that delivery by PostDanmark is only 1-5 days. It¨s been 24 days and I did not received anything. I sent an email through customer service, but its computer generated reply that says I have to send my email to their fb acct for faster reply, unfortunately I sent my message many days ago and nothings happen. I and my husband keep ringing this number 71 99 37 72 but no one answered the phone. Very bad experienced in this company. My husband also sent an email to them. And if he don't get any response from this company within 5 days, he will report this to the police for fraud and he will also contact DR1 kontant.
