Customer service is ridiculous.

I've had 2 issues now, very close one to the other, and bot cases the CS agents never knew what was going on, I had 30 different people replying to me every time not providing any new or useful info. I asked them at the end to let me review the service and they ignored me, also via social media. A total shame.

Fake advertising

I received a defective ring, it was missing the stone. After sending three emails with images of what I received they finally got back to me and told me they were sending a replacement ring. This ones arrived and it’s missing the stone again so after another 2 emails they reply saying that the ring actually has no stone and that they may take new pictures to reflect that on the web like... are you for real? Awful experience in general.

Mis bienes personales perdidos

Mi paquete sigue sin llegar y la agente que me atendió considera que no merezco un reembolso porque "el método contratado no asegura el tiempo de entrega". Mis bienes personales perdidos pero resulta que la empresa no me aseguraba que los fuera a recibir... gran servicio

Brilliant customer support!

Had a little issue with my order and it was rapidly resolved by Zazzle CS Support with amazing results. I am amazed with my order and the quality of the products but, above all with the incredible attendance that I received. Thanks to Zazzle Customer Service and to Victoria that went above and beyond to help me. I will buy again here for sure :)
