How dare you Amruta Bhandare
2 weeks , customer has not had parcel delivered , not long finished live chat with so called support team again, and im still none the wiser as to where this parcel is,
every time promised delivered next day and surprise surprise its not, with no explanation as to why !
I then asked about a refund as a good will gesture as the company has not honoured its agreement and fulfilled its promise / contact to deliver the parcel in good time ,
the reply i got was YEAH SURE ! Disconnected !
Thanks Amruta Bhandare ( if that is the real name , im sure all these live chat names are made up so you can never remember who you was actually talking to how convenient ! )
how dare you disconnect me like that, people like me PAY YOUR WAGES ! 1000s of parcels sent to be spoken to like that?

First time order and not in stock?
First time order and not in stock?
First order online at HMV.CO.UK ordered x 2 of the same dvds 3rd November , took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, as they were not in stock, if i had been informed they were not in stock when i placed the order things would be different, but they were showing in stock on the website and still had to wait 3 weeks for delivery,
Comms were good informing me still out of stock but should of said this when i placed the order
What A Week !
i have sent around 70 - 100 parcels per week with myHermes, and if it could all happen in one week it has,
1) Parcel was stolen - still waiting for the refund
2) Parcel claimed to be delivered - the driver thinks he left it in a recycling bin but cant remember so i cant claim for it
3) Waiting 3 days for a parcel to be collected only to be told after 3 days they would not come anymore, it has been sat in my hallway for 3 days and no-one bothered to tell me the driver was on holiday - is he the only driver that works for myHermes?
Ok so fair enough these things happen, with stolen / lost parcels, i get that,
BUT
Yet again where we are let down is by so call CUSTOMER SERVICE - who as im sure anyone reading this will agree the are as much use as a chocolate tea pot,
For the stolen item i asked for further information - i was told no and ended the chat !
For the lost parcel i said the customer is still waiting, tracking says delivered to reception but its a private household - the rep on live chat said - yes its been delivered i can see it on the tracking !
Then we find after a week that the driver apparently left this item in a black box ? its a small parcel shoe size box,
Claimed to have attempted delivery on first day - then 2 hours later dumped it ,
Why was no 2nd or 3rd attempt made???
And where are these so called sorry i missed you cards? if i ever find one i will frame it as they as priceless !
And lastly - after 2 days of promising my parcel was going to be collected, i had to take it to the parcel shop instead,
When i informed the live chat rep, they - as usual promise it will be collected that day - and guess what it wasn't !
2nd day comes and a driver turns up !
BUT
they refuse to collect it as its not on their scanner saying its not booked in i have to contact hermes again?
so i did and the rep said, i can see there has not been any attempt to collect this parcel, ( strange a driver left 10mins before )
but said someone will pick it up by the end of the night, again never did,
SO day 3, i use live chat again ( which is very time consuming having to explain things all over again and the reps do not read !
I was kindly informed no one will collect after 3 days so i have no option but to rebook or drop it off myself,
Now if i re book it - do you think i would have any faith it would be collected? None whatsoever,
I finally saw my driver the next week who said he was ill the first half of the week ( i also had parcels delivered to me late ) and the 2nd half of the week he was on holiday , so where are all the other drivers?
Like i say i know these things happen but they are far too many far too many times lately - i will not send anything over £20 purely because i do not trust the company and that says it all, i have lost faith and trust in a company i have used for years !
