I like the device but it still…

I like the device but it hangs, it struggles to connect to the phone but it generally works well.
I still have had to restart and I have been stuck with a customer trying to pay. When there is a queue of tickets and customers waiting it is not good. It just hangs trying to connect to the reader to the phone. How do we go about doing a firmware upgrade or what?
