Give a wide berth
We arrived at Las Palmas Gran Canaria to pick up a prearranged car paid for in advance. We had an extremely long wait at the counter with only one person in front of us and only one person serving, the queue behind us building up. We walked a distance to the car and noticed the car was filthy inside and out. The key we were giving was wrong hence another long wait to get this sorted. Eventually got the correct key for this filthy car to discover it had a quarter of a tank of fuel, they claim a policy of full returned full!!!! They went off to check, we gave up after waiting another 20 minutes with no one keeping us informed. We cancelled at the counter. We tried to get a refund and were told we had the car on hire for the week and returned it without fuel. The invoice they claimed was ours had a blue car on it, ours was white. The registration obviously was different. We have pictures of the car in question but no one is willing to listen. We will never use nor recommend this company please beware give a wide berth.
